Join the Million Dollar Bones program with other children and teens like you! This program will help you learn how to keep your bones healthy and strong and prevent osteoporosis from developing when you are older. Osteoporosis is a disease that can cause your bones to become weak and break easily.
The program includes:
- Exercises and movements to help you have good posture, strong muscles and healthy bones
- Activities and exercises that you can do with the entire family
- Great music and creative activities to keep each class unique and fun
- Communication tools that you can use to help your friends and family members learn about the importance of bone health
Million Dollar Bones was developed by Penny Shure, a National Osteoporosis Foundation volunteer, advocate and support group leader. She would like to visit your school or youth group to help kids and families start developing lifelong habits that will make them happier and healthier.
